Step 1: Candidates Review Opportunities and Apply Online

  • Enfinite uses an online recruitment process; we do not accept applications submitted via email, fax, mail, or in person.
  • To apply for a position at Enfinite, visit our current opportunities, choose your desired job posting, and complete the online application by inputting the requested information and uploading the requested documents.
  • To allow us to assess your skills and experiences against the hiring criteria please ensure you complete the application in full and attach a resume as well as any other relevant documents that you believe should be included (e.g., cover letter, LinkedIn URL, Website/blog/portfolio etc.).
  • Once you have completed and submitted your online application form, you will be notified immediately on your screen that your application has been submitted successfully. You will also receive an auto-generated email from our recruitment system acknowledging receipt of your application.

Step 2: Enfinite Reviews Resumes and Screens Candidates

  • Your application will be reviewed and screened against skills, qualifications, and hiring criteria outlined in the job posting. Our screening process includes a review of the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and answers to the screening questions asked through the online application process.
  • Applicants who best match the requirements will be contacted via phone and/or email for the next phase of the recruitment process, which could be a pre-screen or proceed with scheduling the first interview.

Step 3: Enfinite Completes Interview(s) and Assessment(s)

  • Interviews will consist of a mix of behavioural, technical, and situational questions to assess your skills and experiences against hiring criteria. Depending on the role, you will have 2 - 6 interviews. This will be indicated in the job posting.
  • Depending on the role, candidates may be invited to participate in assessment testing, which will be indicated in the job posting.

Step 4: Enfinite Completes Reference Checks

  • Once we choose a candidate, we then move ahead to perform reference checks before sending an offer of employment.
  • We require 3 professional references who have past experience working with the candidate. At least one supervisor reference is preferred.
  • Depending on the role, supporting documentation must be provided such as a Drivers Abstract. This will be indicated in the job posting.

Step 5: Enfinite Sends Offer of Employment

  • An offer of employment is extended to the successful candidate following the completion of at least 2 positive reference checks.
  • The successful candidate considers the offer of employment and can reach out to the Enfinite contact with any questions about the offer of employment.

Step 6: Enfinite Onboarding Begins

  • Congratulations to the successful candidate and welcome to the team!
  • Leading up to the agreed upon start date you will receive a pre-boarding package to prepare for your first day at Enfinite.
